Pre-release policy

Cookie and Local Storage Notice

The current CannBids build uses browser storage for essential account and interface functions. It does not intentionally deploy advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

Effective date
August 29, 2026
Version
Pre-launch 1.0

Current storage

Supabase authentication stores session information in the browser so a signed-in user can remain authenticated and refresh credentials securely. The theme control stores a light, dark, or system preference. Hosting and security infrastructure may also use strictly necessary request or protection data.

No optional tracking in this build

CannBids does not intentionally include advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising cookies, or a product-analytics SDK in the current source. Because no optional cookie category is enabled, this build does not present a consent banner that would imply choices that do not exist.

Your controls

You can clear site data through browser settings. Blocking or clearing essential authentication storage will sign you out and may prevent account-only features from working. Theme preference can be reset without affecting marketplace data stored in the database.

Future changes

Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technology may not be enabled until the owner has completed legal review, updated this notice, documented providers and retention, and added any consent controls required by the applicable jurisdictions.

Questions about these policies may be sent to support@cannbids.com. This pre-release text is operational disclosure, not legal advice, and requires qualified owner/legal review before commercial launch.
