Terms of Use
These conservative pre-launch terms define the limited CannBids application currently available. They do not create regulatory approval, escrow, payment, or fulfillment services.

Pre-release service
CannBids provides account, listing, auction, bid, alert, and seller-access-request software. The service may change, pause, or contain defects during pre-release. Commercial launch is conditioned on owner, legal, licensing, security, and operational approval.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the service and be authorized to act for the business represented. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and every action taken through your account. Where cannabis licenses, age limits, residency, or location restrictions apply, you must satisfy and independently verify them.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must have approved seller access before listing. A seller is solely responsible for product legality, licensing, ownership, testing, labeling, descriptions, images, inventory, taxes, advertising restrictions, recalls, transport, and fulfillment. CannBids does not validate METRC data, request METRC credentials, or certify regulatory compliance in this build.
Bids and marketplace records
Bids are recorded through the application's auction rules and may be visible to other users in de-identified form. Users must not manipulate auctions, bid on their own listings, use false identities, interfere with access controls, scrape private data, or submit unlawful content. Parties must independently determine whether a bid or listing creates an enforceable obligation in their jurisdiction.
No payment, escrow, or fulfillment
CannBids does not collect subscription or transaction payments, hold funds, provide escrow, issue shipping labels, arrange transport, or complete buyer-seller settlement in this release. Seller-access requests are administrative requests only. Do not enter financial credentials into listings, prompts, or support messages.
AI-assisted information
Optional AI outputs may help draft listings or summarize auction context. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by an authorized person. They are not legal, compliance, valuation, medical, tax, safety, or investment advice and may not be treated as a regulatory determination.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in submitted content and grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and secure it for the service. You must have permission to submit all text and images. CannBids names, software, and brand materials may not be copied except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Enforcement and availability
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or marketplace integrity. The pre-release service is provided on an as-available basis without promises of uninterrupted operation, particular auction outcomes, sale completion, or fitness for a regulated workflow.
Launch terms still requiring owner review
Liability limits, indemnity, governing law, dispute venue, arbitration or class-action terms, fee schedules, transaction formation, refunds, and jurisdiction-specific cannabis provisions are intentionally not invented here. The owner must approve those terms with qualified counsel before commercial launch.
